By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Size It Up (ScaleAtlas), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app or website.
Size It Up is a daily visual scale estimation puzzle game for iOS, Android, and Web. Each day a new set of 5 comparison rounds is generated. Players pinch and resize two comparative objects to guess their true physical size proportion. Daily puzzle scores, streaks, and ranks can be shared and viewed on public leaderboards.
Size It Up does not require a registered user account. A random pseudonymous identifier is created locally on your device to maintain your puzzle streak and score history. If you enter an optional display name, it is displayed next to your score on the public leaderboard. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to play in good faith. Specifically:
Surveyor #XXXX).All visual artwork, vector silhouettes, object illustrations, user interface designs, game mechanics, software code, sound design, and brand assets are 100% original and proprietary creations of Ar Games Mobile. The 200 comparison catalog items and custom vector silhouettes are exclusively produced for Size It Up.
You may not copy, extract, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use any artwork, vector silhouettes, or code from the App without explicit prior written authorization from Ar Games Mobile.
Real-world measurements, scientific dimensions, historical metrics, and physical facts referenced in the App are based on public domain scientific data and public factual records.
Size It Up is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind. While our team makes every effort to calibrate physical dimensions to scientific precision, minor variances may occur depending on source standards (e.g. adult male vs female biological averages, or building tip vs roof height definitions).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ar Games Mobile and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance.
